 Optimist, 29er, Laser 4.7 & Radial, Nacra 15 - Dutch Youth Regatta - Workum NED - Final results, Foley USA 4th Optimist The Dutch Youth Regatta on the Ijsselmeer was concluded yesterday again in good conditions with a moderate breeze.
Théo Revil/Gautier Guevel FRA were the stellar winners in the 29ers with a 46 points' advantage on Benjamin Jaffrezic/Léo Chauvel FRA after 17 races. In the Lasers 4.7, Teun In der Maur NED was first 4 points ahead of Wonn Kye Lee SIN. On rank 3 followed Zong Han Chin SIN. 4th and best-ranked girl was Annabelle Westerhof NED. Junrui Lou SIN won in the Lasers Radial ahead of Olin Houtman NED and Stijn Paardekooper NED. In the Nacra-15 catamarans, Max Wallenberg/Amanda Björk SUI lost rank 1 in the final race to Silas Mühle/Romy Mackenbrock GER, the best of the day, winning one point ahead of the Swiss. In the Optimists, the Schultheis family from Malta finished on top with Richard replacing his sister Antonia on rank 1 in the last race. Daniel Cante SLO remained on rank 3. Peter Foley USA follows as 4th. Lenny Hofmann NED was the winner in the younger category B.

Optimist, 29er, Laser 4.7 & Radial, Nacra 15 - Dutch Youth Regatta - Workum NED - Day 3

 Optimist, 29er, Laser 4.7 & Radial, Nacra 15 - Dutch Youth Regatta - Workum NED - Day 3 The Dutch Youth Regatta continued yesterday on a sunny day with moderate winds between 10 and 15 kn.
The huge Optimist fleet sailed the first Final Series races split in Gold-, Silver-, ...... fleets. First after three race is Antonia Schultheis MLT ahead of her brother Richard Schultheis MLT. On rank 3 follows Daniel Cante SLO. The former leader Peter Foley USA on 4th remains a candidate for the overall win. The rest of the fleet is 31 points and more back. First in Group B (U-11) is Lenny Hofmann NED ahead of Marko Gomercic GER.
After 8 races in the Nacra 15 catamarans, the leader is the Optimist World Champion Max Wallenberg SUI with Amanda Björk SUI as crew. In the Laser 4.7, Annabelle Westerhof NED and Teun In der Maur NED share the lead at equal points. Felix Baudet SUI, on top after day 1, dived on rank 16 after three premature starts. In the Lasers Radial, Junrui Li SIN is on the first place with a 10 points' advantage on Olin Houtman NED. In the 29ers, Théo Revil/Gautier Guevel FRA are on top with a 28 points' advantage.
