Winning the Medal Race, Jordi Xammar/Nicolas Rodriguez ESP climbed on rank 1, tied with Okada/Hokazono JPN on rank 2. Belcher/Ryan AUS had to content themselves with the 3rd place. After an OCS disqualification, McNay/Hughes USA dropped on rank 8. ----- Camille Lecointre/Aloise Retornaz FRA won the 470 woman Medal Race as well and finished as superior overall winners ahead of Mrak/Macarol SLO and Skrzypulec/Ogar POL. Carmen and Emma Cowles USA are 8th overall having passed Atlantic and Nora Brugman USA as 9th. ----- Caleb Paine USA was the premature winner in the Finns ahead of Kyle Martin CAN and Luke Muller USA. ----- Winning the Laser Standard Medal Race, Stefano Peschiera PER advanced on top, replacing Francisco Guaragno ARG on rank 1. On a sunny Friday, the last qualification series races were held in a light 5-6kn breeze and temperatures in the mid-70s. The 470s and Lasers Radial completed one, the Finns two races.
