IMOCA Open 60 - Vendée Globe 2016/17 - Les Sables d'Olonne FRA - Start tomorrow

Tomorrow at 12.02 h UTC, the 29 solo skippers will start to the non-stop round-the-world race, the Vendée Globe. Over 500'000 spectators are expected around the harbour, as well as the surrounding beaches and cliffs, by far the most attended sail racing event world-wide ! The daily news present once more the 10 most cited favorites for victory, with Armel Le Cléac'h FRA ('Banque Populaire'), 2nd in the last two Vendée's on top. He will start with brand-new Open60 with foils.
