The difficult wind conditions over the South Atlantic persisted also yesterday and the leading duo Armel Le Cléac'h FRA and Alex Thomson GBR moved on tediously only. Le Cléac'h FRA extended his lead on 300 nm in the unconstant southern trade winds that might last to the Equator. Rich Wilson USA is still in the middle of the South Pacific on rank 13 with approximately 7 days left to Cape Horn.
