IMOCA Open 60 - Vendée Globe 2016/17 - Day 89

Louis Burton FRA, age 27, finished the 2016/7 Vendée Globe yesterday morning as 7th. With his 10-year-old Open60, he is on rank 3 of the non-foiling boats. Despite of rain and stormy winds, a big crowed welcomed him at les Sables d'Olonne. Here the video.
Next to arrive will be Nandor Fa HUN who was 1'600 nm (approx. 6 days) from the arrival. Rich Wilson USA still on position 14 will cross the Equator on the coming weekend.
