On day one of the Miami Olympic Classes Worldcup Regatta, the two Laser fleets completed one repectively two races on Biscayne Bay in challenging sailing conditions with an unconstant light winds from the shore.

- Laser Radial (59 participants): 7th Maura Dewey CAN, 10th Paige Railey USA, 44th Alejandra Margarita Montemayor MEX

Here the best by Class:
In the Lasers Standard, Sam Meech NZL has taken the frist place one point ahead of Herrmann Tomasgaard NOR. Matthew Wearn AUS follows on 3rd among the 101 participants.
In the Lasers Radial, Dongshuang Zhang CHN won the only race of the day ahead of Zoe Thompson AUS and Anne-Marie Rindom DEN.
