 International Classes  Kiel Week Part I  Kiel GER  Final results  Baker/Duncan USA 5th 29er, Stefaniuk CAN 4th and Escudero USA 7th in Lasers Radial Open
Part one of the 2019 Kiel Week, International and National Classes and Offshore, was concluded yesterday with the full program. ----- Again changes on top of the 29er Euro-Cup: Mathias Berthet/Alexander Franks NOR are the overall winners ahead of Ville Korhonen/Edvard Bremer FIN and Marius Westerland/Olle Aronsson SWE. Stephen Baker/Oliver Duncan USA, with a 60 point blackflag penalty on their results sheet, moved up on rank 5 overall on the final day, an excellent result ! Berta Puig/Bella Casaretto USA had a good day (with a 2nd race rank) and moved up on the 38th place. The 29er ranking list. ----- Wonn Kye Lee SGP is the final winner in the Laser Radial Open, relegating Otto Henry AUS on 3rd. Emma Savelon NED defended her 2nd place. Tayte Stefaniuk CAN however, new on 4th, dropped out of the podium. One up, Daniel Escudero USA terminated the Week on rank 7 overall among the 125 participants. The Laser Radial ranking list. ----- In the 5o5s, Wolfgang Hunger/Holger Jess GER earned their 22nd Kiel Week victory ahead of Penny and Russell Clarke GBR, and Jacob and Jörgen Bojsen-Möller DEN. The 5o5 ranking list. ----- In the Musto-Skiffs, Rick Peacock GBR finished on top ahead of Paul Dijkstra NED. The Musto Skiff ranking list. ----- In the 'One-Person-Foiling-Dinghy' with Moths and WASZP sailing together, Adriano Petrino SUI winning 10 of the 13 races, is first ahead of Max Lutz GER. The Foiling-Dinghy ranking list. ----- The triple Olympic medalist Freddy Lööf SWE defended his European Champions title in the OK-Dinghies 24 points ahead of Valerian Lebrun FRA.
