 Laser Standard + Radial  Master World Championship  Port Zelande NED  Final results, North Americans with 3 podiums
The Laser World Masters in the Netherlands were concluded yesterday in light winds, allowing the Standards to complete the planned two races in the morning in a 5-7kn wind, while the Radial in the afternoon had to content themselves with just one race. ----- In the Lasers Standard, Dave Ridley NZL replaced the tied Edoardo Van Vianen NED on top of the Apprentices (35-45). No changes occurred - as expected - in all other age categories. The winners are Serge Kats NED Masters (45-55), Carlos Martinez ESP Grand Masters (55-65), Wolfgang Gerz GER Great Grand Masters (65-75). ----- In the Lasers Radial, the winners are Jon Emmett GBR Apprentices, Scott Leigh NZL Masters, Gilles Coadou FRA Grand Masters, Jeff Loosemore AUS Great Grand Masters, Kerry Waraker AUS Legends. ----- The best North Americans were in the Lasers Standard Gord Welsh CAN 5th Apprentices, Peter Hurley USA 6th Masters, Peter Vesella USA 9th Grand Masters and Don Hahl USA 5th Great Grand Masters. ----- In the Lasers Radial Robert Hallawell USA 7th Masters, Timothy Woodford 3rd Grand Masters, Bill Symes USA 2nd Great Grand Masters and Johan Van Rossem 2nd Legends. ----- The event website with all Ranking lists and the final report.
