Yannick Bestaven FRA ('Maître Coq') is pulling away at the top. He was the first to leave the slack high-pressure zone behind and accelerate to over 20kn. New on the second place is now Damien Seguin FRA ('Groupe Apicil') 374nm behind. Charlie Dalin FRA ('Apivia') and Thomas Ruyant FRA ('LinkedOut') are having a close duel another 10nm back. ----- The closely packed pursuer group, led by Benjamin Dutreux FRA ('OMIA'), is following with a 600nm deficit. Boris Herrmann GER ('SeaExplorer') improved to rank 9, while Isabelle Joschke FRA/GER ('MASCF') is still 11th. ----- Next to round Cape Horn in about 3 days will be Pip Hare GBR ('Medallia'), on rank 15, handicapped by autopilot problems, 90nm ahead of Alan Roura SUI ('La Fabrique'). ----- The race tracker and the reports.
