Leaving the trade winds behind, the leading pack has now reached a transition zone influenced by the Azores high and moving closer together. The first 7 are only 185 miles apart with 2,000 miles to go. ----- Charlie Dalin FRA (Apivia) continues to lead, ahead of Louis Burton FRA (Bureau Vallée 2) new in second place, only 29 miles behind. Boris Herrmann GER (SeaExplorer) follows in 3rd place, 61 miles behind.
