The wind conditions on the Bay of Biscay are very atypical for this time of year, with a fresh south-westerly wind building up. ----- Arnaud Boissières FRA (La Mie Caline) is still 15th, Kojiro Shiraishi JPN (DMG Mori) follows 23 miles behind.
