Star, Surprise, SB20, Smeralda, IRC - Primo-Cup I - Monaco MON - Final results

 Star, Surprise, SB20, Smeralda, IRC - Primo-Cup I - Monaco MON - Final results Rain and a fresh East wind around 15 kn prevailed on the last day of the Primo Cup I, and all classes completed a last race yesterday.
The day's win in the Starboats went to Christian Nehammer/....AUT, but this was not enough to replace Philipp Rotermund/Nils Holweg GER on the first place. Filipo Orlando/Jean Gabriel Charton MON finished 3rd. A Swiss victory in the Surprise by Etienne David SUI and his team ahead of Mark Howell FRA and Nicolas Groux SUI. John Pollard GBR replaced the leading Edward Russo FRA on top of the SB20 with a race win. The wins in the Smeraldas went to Guido Miani ITA, in the IRC-rankings 1&2 to Vadim Yakimenko LAT and in the IRC 3&4 rankings to Andrew Jones GBR.

 Star, Surprise, SB20, Smeralda, IRC - Primo-Cup I - Monaco MON - Day 2 The South wind conditions persisted also on day two of th Primo Cup with 2-3 bft and a considerable swell, and three races were completed.
No change on top of the Starboats with Philipp Rotermund/Nils Holweg GER as first with two bullets yesterday. Christian Nehammer/...AUT remain close with a slight 2 points' backlog.
Etienne David SUI and his team consolidated their lead in the Surprise with top finishes including a race win. Nicolas Groux SUI on rank 2 is now 6 points back. New on the 3rd place is the Lugano Team Olympic SUI.
The leading boats in the SB20 are very close together. The first five are separated by 5 points only. New on rank 1 is Edward Russo FRA and his team. John Pollard GBR follows 2 points' behind.
In the IRC 1&2-rankings, the new leader is Vadim Yakimenko LAT and his team with 3 bullets. Orel Kalomeni TUR follows on the 2nd position. New on the 3rd place is Jean-Jacques Chaubard SUI.
Leader change also in the IRC 3&4-Wertung with Andrew Jones GBR as first (scroll down).

Star, Surprise, SB20, Smeralda, IRC - Primo-Cup I - Monaco MON - Day 1

 Star, Surprise, SB20, Smeralda, IRC - Primo-Cup I - Monaco MON - Day 1 Part I of the Monaco Primo Cup began yesterday in a light south-easterly breeze. The OneDesign classes completed two, the IRC Yachts split in two categories one race.
On top after day one in the Starboats are Philipp Rotermund/Nils Holweg GER ahead of Andrea Orlando/Jean-Gabriel Charton MON and Christian Nehammer/....AUT (unfortunately no crew names on the ranking liste). Shared lead in the Surprise with Etienne David SUI and Nicolas Groux SUI with their teams. Sebastiano Baranzini SUI follows on rank 3. Carlo Benco ITA and his team are first in the SB20, followed by Johan Racier FRA and Ed Russo FRA. The IRC 1 & 2 rankings are lead by Orel Kalomeni TUR. Giovanni Spessa ITA is the winner of the only IRC 3 & 4 race.
