An unconstant 6 to 20 kn wind from the shore with up to 60° shifts made racing difficult for the teams and the race officer. Two race were completed and the favorites Diego Negri/Sergio Lambertenghi ITA climbed on rank 6 overall with the day ranks 1 and 2. New on top are Massimo Canali/Francesco Lattuada ITA one point ahead of Colannino/Colannino ITA. Wilhelm/Hollweg GER on rank 3 lead the closely packed persuer group, all with chances for the podium.

The fourth and last Round of the Starboat Winterseries began yesterday in San Remo in a 12-15 kn wind, increasing to over 20 kn at the end of the day. This event is at the same time the Championship of the 14th District (Italy, Greece).
The father-son team Ferdinando and Federico Colannino ITA finished first, closely followed by Daniel and Beat Stegmeier GBR/SUI. Massimo Canali/Francesco Lattuada ITA, another experienced team, are on the 3rd place. The favorites Diego Negri/Sergio Lambertenghi ITA, Starboat World Ranking nbr 3, had to content themselves with rank 16 after corrected early start and a failed first upwind.
