 Musto-Skiff - World Championship 2016 - Carnac FRA - Final results The Musto Skiff World Championship in Carnac FRA ended yesterday on the windiest day of the week. Another three races were sailed in a 18-23 kn breeze and all race wins went to English athletes, but the leader Andi Lachenschmid GER was not far behind and extended his overall lead on 20 points. He is the first German helmsman earning the World Champion's title in the English dominated Musto Skiffs, and this after only two years in the class ! George Hand GBR and David Posten GBR completed the podium.

 Musto-Skiff - World Championship 2016 - Carnac FRA - Day 4 The Musto Skiff Worlds went on yesterday with three races sailed in rain but with a fresh 16 to 18 kn breeze. Andi Lachenschmidt GER was again the best of the day extending his lead before the last races today on 25 points. But the situation remains open, as after the first of the three remaining races, the second discard will become effective, that might reduce the points' gaps on top. The results and the daily news.

 Musto-Skiff - World Championship 2016 - Carnac FRA - Day 1 The Musto World Championship 2016 began yesterday on Quiberon Bay in sun and light winds. The fleet is quite balanced on top and only the leading Jamie Hilton GBR and his first challenger Alex Knight GBR finished three times in the top-ten. George Hand GBR on rank 3 overall won two of the three heats. Andi Lachenschmid GER on rank 4 is the best non-Brit. Alexander Greil SUI is on rank 42 among the 72 participants with a premature start on his result sheet.
