The Tempest World Championship in Cowes GBR continued yesterday with 3 races, and the top positions seem to be taken. Frank Weigelt/ ? GER were again the best of the day and lead with a 1,5 points' advantage on Christian Spranger/ ? GER. The defending champions Cornelia Christen/Ruedi Christen SUI succeeded to win a race yesterday and they remain on the 3rd place with an 8 points backlog on the leader.

Last Monday, the Tempest World Championship began as an event of the Cowes Week. Unfortunately, the results of yesterday have not yet been communicated. On Monday, three races were completed and Frank Weigelt GER (the crew name is not available on the ranking list) is the interim's leader ahead of Christian Spranger GER one point behind. The defending champions Cornelia and Ruedi Christen SUI on the 3rd place are already 7 points back. 24 teams from 5 nations sailing.
