 29er - World Championship 2016 - Medemblik NED - Final results, Wilson/Gibbs USA 19th The 16 points' advantage of Tom Crockett/Harry Morton AUS before the last races yesterday melted to 4 points at the end of the day to win the 29er World Championship. Silver went to Gwendael Nael/Caroline Mercier FRA, best of the day with the ranks 1 and 2. Over 40 points behind were Crispin Beaumont/Tom Darling GBR earning Bronze. Quinn Wilson/Riley Gibbs USA finished 19th, Ryan and Andrew Wood CAN 39th.

 29er - World Championship 2016 - Medemblik NED - Day 5 The 29er Worlds in Medemblik continued yesterday with three race per fleet.
Tom Crockett/Harry Morton AUS have taken the overall lead with two race wins and are now 16 points ahead of Gwendal Nael/Lilian Mercier FRA. The French are the only ones to challenge the leaders for the title in the last races today, as the 3rd-ranked Crispin Beaumont/Tom Darling GBR are already 47 points back. Quinn Wilson/Riley Gibbs USA on rank 25 are now again the best US team, replacing Alie Toppa/Jacob Rosenberg USA down on rank 29. Ryan and Adrew Woods CAN follow as 36th.

 29er - World Championship 2016 - Medemblik NED - Day 4, Toppa/Rosenberg USA 10th The Final Series of the 29er Worlds on the Ijsselmeer began yesterday in moderate winds. Gwendal Nael/Lilian Mercier FRA are new on top of the overall rankings 15 points ahead of a chaser trio with Benjamin Jaffrezic/Léo Chauvel FRA, Tom Crockett/ Harry Morton AUS and Crispin Beaumont/Tom Darling GBR tied on rank 2. Alie Toppa/Jacob Rosenberg USA the 10th position are the best US team. Quinn Wilson/Riley Gibbs USA had a mediocre day and dropped from 3rd on rank 20. Ryan and Adrew Woods CAN follow as 30th,

 29er - World Championship 2016 - Medemblik NED - Day 3, Wilson/Gibbs USA 3rd After two days with moderate winds, a breeze exceeding 20 kn breeze filled in yesterday and the four races concluding the Qualification Series caused some changes in the overall rankings. Tom Crockett/Harry Morton AUS defended their lead with 3 race wins and are now 7 points ahead of Crispin Beaumont/ Tom Darling GBR. New on rank 3 are Quinn Wilson/Riley Gibbs USA. Gwendal Nael/Lilian Mercier FRA descended on the 4th place.

The Qualifier Series at the 29er Worlds on the Ijsselmeer continued yesterday with 3 more races in all six groups. Tom Crockett/Terry Morten AUS are the new leaders 2 points ahead of Rok Verderber/Klemen Semelbauer SLO and Gwendal Nael/Liliane Mercier FRA at equal points on rank 2. Quinn Wilson/Riley Gibbs USA and Neil Marcellini/Ian Brill USA are on the ranks 6 and 7, Ryan and Andrew Wood CAN are 51st.

 29er - World Championship 2016 - Medemblik NED - Day 1, two US teams in top-10 The 228 boats' fleet, split in six groups, sailed three races on the opening day of the 29er World Championship on the Ijsselmeer NED. Lars Postma/Quinten Bramervaer NED and Rok Verderber/Klemen Semelbauer SLO are on top at equal points. Tom Crockett/Harry Morton AUS, Gwendal Nael/Liliane Mercier FRA and Ingmar Vieregge/Henrik Vieregge GER follow on the 3rd place with the same number of points. Two USA teams are in the top-10: Neil Marcellini/Ian Brill are 7th, Quinn Wilson, Riley Gibbs 9th.
