Star, J/70, Melges 20, M32-Catamaran - Winter Series - Monaco MON - Final results

The final round of the Monaco Sportsboat Winter Series ended yesterday with a last race. Riccardo Simoneschi ITA defended his first place in the M32 catamarans, and with race wins, Johnie Berntsson SWE replaced Richard Davies SUI folgt on rank 2. Three races were sailed in the big J/70 fleet , but unfortunately, a consolidated ranking list is not yet available. Ludovico Fassitelli MON moved up on rank 1 ahead of Charles Thompson GBR folgt on the 2nd place, and Stefan Seger SUI only one point behind. Aleksander Ezhkov RUS was first in the Melges 20, and in Starboats, Thomas Allart/ ? NED replaced Reinhard Schmidt/ ? GER on top on the last day.

Stormy winds kept the yachts in harbour yesterday at the Monaco Sportsboat Winter Series.
After the first two races, Stefan Seger SUI and his team lead in the 45 boats' J/70 fleet. After 7 races on the opening day, Ricardo Simoneschi ITA is the leader in the M32 catamarans just one point ahead of Richard Davies SUI. Aleksander Ezhkov RUS is on top of the Melges 20. Shared lead in the Starboats with Reinhardt Schmidt/ ? GER and Thomas Allart/ ? NED, one point ahead of Tom Löfsted/ ? SWE on rank 3.

 Star, J/70, Melges 20, M32-Catamaran - Winter Series - Monaco MON - Day 1 The final round of the Monaco Sportsboat Winter Series began yesterday in moderate wind conditions with two or three races by class, except the M32 catamarans finishing 7 short races. Ricardo Simoneschi ITA has taken the interim's lead one point ahead of Richard Davies SUI (tactics Chris Rast SUI). The M32 ranking list. Two Swiss boats lead in the largest fleet with 47 teams, the J/70s. The past IYRU Youth Sailing World Champion (1984) Stefan Seger SUI is on top with the day ranks 1 and 2, 4 points ahead of Fredrik Hedlund SUI (tactics Christoph Burger SUI). Charles Thompson GBR is on the 3rd place. The J/70 ranking list. After 3 heats, Aleksander Ezkhov RUS is on the first place in the Melges 20. The Starboat results have not yet been posted on the event website.
