The premature World Champion Tom Slingsby AUS watched the duel for rank 2 from the shore enjoying the success of his F50-SailGP team mate Kyle Langford AUS defeating Tom Burton AUS and grasping Silver. ----- Francesco Bruni ITA on rank 5 was the best non-Australian, followed by Brad Funk USA on rank 6. Rome Kirby USA did not sail the final six races and dropped on rank 47. ----- The final ranking lists and the event facebook page with videos.

 BREAKING NEWS - Moth - World Championship 2019 - Perth AUS - Day 5 - Tom Slingsby AUS preliminary World Champion All three races of Tuesday at the Moth Worlds on the Swan River in Perth went again in favour of Tom Slingsby AUS. With 12 bullets in 13 races and a 1st and 2nd race rank as discards, he is the outstanding preliminary World Champion before the final two races of tomorrow. Kyle Langford AUS follows 11 points behind and will endevour to defend the 2nd place against Tom Burton AUS 3 points back. The best non-Australian Francesco Bruni ITA is on rank 5. Brad Funk USA follows on the 8th place. Tom Burton AUS follows 2 points behind on 2nd, and also Kyle Langford AUS on the 3rd place retains all chances for the title. Francesco Bruni ITA on rank 4 is the best non-Australian.  Moth - World Championship 2019 - Perth AUS - Day 1 - AUS favorites Slingsby and Langford lead, Brad Funk USA 5th As expected, the favorites ruled the show in the first three races yesterday with the two SailGP Team Australia members Tom Slingsby AUS (1/1/2) and Kyle Langford AUS (2/1/1) dominating their groups. The Laser Olympic Champion Tom Burton AUS follows on rank 3, the best non-Australians are Francesco Bruni ITA as 4th and Brad Funk USA as 5th. Rome Kirby USA occupies the 14th place among the 122 participants. ----- Hot temperatures exceeding 40°C (over 100°F) prevailed on the Swan River in Perth, Western Australia. Ashore, the delicate ultra-light carbon boats even had to be cooled with water to avoid heat damage. ----- The ranking list, the daily news and the event facebook page with photos and videos. ----- Racing is already is underway this Saturday morning UTC with another three heats to conclude the qualifications for the Gold- and Silverfleets.  Moth - Australian National Championship - Perth AUS - Final results, Slingsby leads the dominating Australian mates, best non-Aussie Brad Funk USA 10th Winning three races in his group yesterday, Tom Slingsby AUS grasped the Moth Australian Championship title ahead of Scott Babbage AUS at equal points. Bronze went to Kyle Langford AUS. ----- Brad Funk USA on rank 10 is the best non-Aussie, Rome Kirby USA finished on rank 19. ----- The 'Fremantle-Doctor' - the seabreeze of Western Australia - turned on massively challenging the fleet, but nevertheless, over 75% of the 112 participants finished at least one of the three races held. ----- The results. ----- Today, the Moth Worlds are kicked off with the Practice Race.
