371 teams participate in the 2015 Orange Bowl Regatta, organised by the Coral Reef Yacht Club in Florida/USA from December 27 to 30 for Club 420s, Lasers Standard/Radial/4.7 and Optimists, the most important reunion of youth sailors in the USA.
After 5 to 7 races completed, the leaders in the different classes are: Optimists overall (225 boats) Bella Casaretto (Lauderdale) 1st, Justin Callahan (Lauderdale) 2nd, Samuel Bruce (Annapolis) 3rd. Laser Standard (28 boats) Marshall McCann (Texas Corinthians) 1st, Ford McCann (Texas Corinthian) 2nd, Richie Gordon (Cedar Point) 3rd. Laser Radial (94 boats) Leo Boucher (Severn) 1st, Chase Carraway (Lauderdale) 2nd, Gage Wilson and Anna Weis (Lauderdale) tied 3rd/4th, Alexis Megevand (SN Geneva SUI) 6th is the best non-US.Laser 4.7 (24 boats) Chloe Collentette (Restronguet) 1st, Nathan Asher (?) 2nd, Louisa Nordstrom (Sarasota) 3rd.
