Laser - Trofeo Princesa Sofia - Palma ESP - Day 3

A moderate seabreeze prevailed on the first Final Race day of the Laser Gold- and Silverfleets.
Andrew Maloney NZL defended his lead in the Lasers Standard with the day ranks 5 and 8. With the worst result discarded, Tonci Stipanovic CRO advanced on rank 2 at equal points with Kristian Ruth NOR on 3rd. Four points behind the podium is Charlie Buckingham USA on 4th, tied with Robert Scheidt BRA. The ranks 4 to 12 are separated by 7 points only and the battle for the Medal Race will be fierce. Bowers USA is 15th, Chris Barnard USA 30th, Mclaughlin CAN 34th, Davies CAN 36th
In the Radials, the World Champion Anne-Marie Rindom DEN came back strongly with two race wins and replaced Evi Van Acker BEL on top. Tuula Tenkanen FIN remains on 3rd. Bowskill CAN is 27th, Douglas CAN 38th.
