The changes weather conditions with moderate winds at the Paralympic World Championship on the Ijssel-Meer closed the ranks on top of all three classes.
Heiko Kröger GER took the lead in the 2.4m keelboats ahead of Matt Bugg AUS at equal points, and only one point behind follows the former leader Damien Séguin FRA. Dee Smith USA is now already on rank 6 (17 ranks up) while Peter Eagar CAN remains on the 22nd place. In the Skud-18, Monika Gibes/Piotr Cichocki POL extended their lead on 9 points. As best of the day (1/2), Daniel Fitzgibbon/Liesl Tesch AUS advanced on rank 2. Alexandra Rickham/Nikki Birrell GBR and John McRoberts/Jackie Gay CAN follow at equal points with the Australians on the ranks 3 and 4. Sarah Skeels/Cindy Walker USA are 10th. In the Sonars, John Robertson GBR and his team are now 2 points ahead of the tied Alphonsus Doerr USA and Lasse Klötzing GER with their teams. Another 2 points behind are Aleksander Wang-Hansen NOR and Colin Harrison AUS with chances for a Medal as well. Paul Tingley CAN and his team are 6th. Three races are left.
