After yesterday's two races and before the final regatta today, nothing has been decided yet in the Paralympc Worlds on the Ijssel-Meer.
Heiko Kröger GER, best of the day with the ranks 1 and 3 in the 2.4m keelboats has now an 8 points lead on Damien Séguin FRA and his chances for the title look good. Only 2 points behind the French follows Matt Bugg AUS. Dee Smith USA on the 5th place is too far from a medal with a 10 points' deficit. Peter Eagar CAN is 24th. The solid lead of the surprise team Monika Gibes/Piotr Chichocki POL over the tied defending champions Daniel Fitzgibbon/Liesl Tesch AUS and Alexandra Rickham/Nikki Birrell GBR in the SKUD-18 is 12 points. John McRoberts/Jackie Gay CAN are 4th with 5 points behind a Silver or Bronze. Sarah Skeels/Cindy Walker USA are 9th. First in the Sonars are Alphonsus Doerr/Hugh Freund/Brad Kendell USA 4 points ahead of John Robertson GBR and his team. Colin Harrison AUS, Lasse Klötzing GER and Aleksander Wang-Hansen NOR have all still a chance for a Medal. Paul Tingley CAN and his team are 7th.
