49erFX - South American Championship 2016 - Rio de Janeiro BRA - Day 1

Six weeks before the Olympic Regatta in Rio, the two Olympic Skiff Classes sail the South American Championship at the same venue and the participation in this event is therefore excellent.
Yesterday, the wind was mostly lacking and the 49erFX sailed only two racres. Finishing twice on rank 2, Victoria Travaschio/Marie-Sol Branz ARG are on top of the interim's rankings 3 points ahead of Arantza Gumucio/Begona Gumucio CHI. Alexandra Maloney/Molly Meech NZL follow on the 3rd place. The ranking list. Today, it is again the 49ersFX turn before the 49ers start the competition tomorrow Wednesday.
