The wind on day 3 at the Laser Radial Worlds on the Ijsselmeer NED was again very variable, however fresher than during the previous days with up to 20 kn. Up to three races were sailed and for the first time, all rankings are balanced.
On top of the largest fleet with 228 participants, the Laser Radial Boys (youth) is Henry Marshall USA, 5 points ahead of Rafael De la Hoz ESP and Euwan Mcmahon IRL tied on the ranks 2 and 3. The former leader Arthur Barrué FRA dropped on the 6th place after a premature start. The best Canadian is Matti Muru CAN on rank 27.
Having won three of the four races, Caroline Rosmo NOR is the clear leader in the Radial Girls. Only Zoe Thomson AUS sails more or less on the same level. Mathilde Lovadino FRA on rank 3 is already 15 points back. Sophia Reineke USA is now the best US girl on rank 4. Hallie Schiffman USA sailing her discard result (50th) dropped on the 21st place and lost her 1st position in the U-17 rankings.
The top-ranked in the Radial Men are closely together with Martin Lowy BRA as first 4 points ahead of Ronan Wallace IRL and Maarten-Bastiaan Smit NED at equal points. Jack Marshall USA lost again 4 ranks and is now 10th.
