Around the world record - Maxi-Trimaran 'Sodebo' - Day 8

Thomas Coville FRA keeps the pace with his Maxi-Trimaran 'Sodebo' along the Brazilian Coast. Chasing at an average speed of 28 kn (52 km/h), he extended his advantage on the record to 457 nm. The St-Helena anticyclone positioned over the South Atlantic is huge this year and extend far down South. This will probably mean, the Coville will be forced to a long detour to avoid the calms.
