Yesterday evening around 20h, Thomas Coville passed the Cape of Good Hope at the most southern point of Africa with his Maxi-Trimaran 'Sodebo' in the new record time for solo-skippers of 14 days, 4 hours and 43 minutes for the 8500 nm, an improvement of the previous record of one day and 5 hours. The news. After almost two days with light winds, 'Sodebo' has now accelerated again on 27 kn and more, and the fast ride to the Cape Horn has begun.
