IMOCA Open 60 - Vendée Globe 2016/17 - Day 95

Yesterday morning, Nandor Fa HUN finished the race in Les Sables d'Olonne and the Hungarian skipper, age 63, was more than happy to have arrived on the excellent 8th position in a very competitive fleet, much stronger as the one in his first Vendée Globe in 1992 that he finished as 5th. The next to arrive will be Eric Bellion FRA who is expected on Sunday, and shortly after, Conrad Coleman NZL, who also holds a US passport, will terminate his Vendée. Another about 13 days will pass until the arrival of Rich Wilson USA on rank 14.
