The suspense goes on in today's last two qualification races before the Medal Races on Sunday. A UFD disqualification kicked Charlie Buckingham USA out of the top 10, but with only 5 points on rank 10, his chances for the Medal Race in today's last qualification races remain intact. Robert Davies CAN is 23rd.
12 points is the lead of Evi Van Acker BEL in the Lasers Radial on Tuula Tenkanen FIN. Agata Barwinska POL, Mathilde de Kerangat FRA and Silvia Zennaro ITA on the ranks 2 to 5 are separated by 4 points only. Haddon Hughes USA is 32nd, Coralie Vittecoq CAN 54th.
