Yesterday, Steve Thomas AUS and Joachim Aschenbrenner DEN qualified for the Super-16 matchracing grid winning their duels in the sail-offs. The first matches have already been completed and the favorites qualified for the Quarter Finals: Torvar Mirsky vs Pieter-Jan Postma NED 3-1, Phil Robertson NZL vs Sam Gilmour AUS 3-0, Yann Guichard FRA vs Johnie Berntsson SWE 3-1 and Ian Williams GBR vs Niklas Dackhammar SWE 3-1. Today, the remaining Best-16 races and the first Quarter Finals are on the program.
