Offshore Racing - Quo Vadis World Sailing ?

Over the last fortnight, World Sailing, the international sailing federation, has made two important announcements: the first World Offshore Championship has been confirmed for October 2020 and will be held in Valetta (Malta), and then two weeks later, it was confirmed that the L30 Yacht has been chosen as the boat for this competition.
