The Trofeo Princesa Sofia continued yesterday with 2 races held in a 10kn breeze.
In the Lasers Radial, Anne-Marie Rindom DEN is the flawless leader winning the two heats of the day in her group again. With the day ranks 1 and 2, Maud Jayet SUI moved up on rank 2. Emma Plaeschart BEL is now 3rd, Erika Reinike USA 4th.
In the Lasers Standard, Herrmann Tomasgaard NOR defended his lead one point ahead of Finn Lynch IRL still on 2nd. As best of the day (2/3), Kaarle Tapper FIN advanced on the 3rd place. With Chris Barnard USA on 6th and Charlie Buckingham USA on 8th, two North Americans are in the top-10. Of the favorites, only Nick Thompson GBR gave a positive sign with race win lifting him on rank 12 overall. Down in the rankings remain Robert Scheidt BRA on 22nd, Pavlos Kontides CYP on 28th and Tonci Stipanovic CRO on 48th.
