Yesterday afternoon, the Nacra 17, 49er, 49erFX, and Mixed 470 fleets completed two light-wind races each on day one of racing at 2021 Miami OCR, the second stage of the US Open Sailing Series. ----- Joint leaders in the Open 470 are Louisa Nordstrom/Trevor Bornarth (Oyster Bay 470 Team) and the Olympians Stuart McNay/David Hughes (Trevor Moore Foundation). ----- In the 49ers, the US Sailing Team Nevin Snow/Dane Wilson and Ian Barrows/Hans Henken (Eastern YC/St.Francis YC) are tied on top. ----- With two bullets, Stephan Baker/Nicholas Hard (2Niner ODP) are the clear leaders in the 49erFX. The best all-female team is Lucy Wilmot new with the former Olympic Laser Radial campaigner Erika Reineke. ----- Joint leaders in the Nacra 17 as well with the Brazilians Samuel Albrecht/Gabriela Nicolino BRA and Ravi Parent/?. The Olympians Riley Gibbs/Anna Weis follow closely one point behind. ----- The results and the US Sailing Report. ----- The IQ Foil and Open Windsurf Foil fleets will aim to start their racing tomorrow.
