iQ-Foil - World Championship 2021 - Silvaplana SUI - Day 3

After two days of waiting, the Maloja wind filled in for the first time in the Engadine yesterday and 6 races by fleet were sailed at 16-23kn. ----- In the 160 men's fleet, sailing in two halves, Luuc Van Opzeeland NED came out on top with three race wins. Andy Brown GBR follows 5 points behind. Matthew Barton GBR and Nicolas Goyard FRA are tied for third place. The ranking list men. ----- In the women's fleet, favourite Hélène Noesmoen FRA dominated with 4 race wins. Saskia Sills GBR on rank 2 is already 14 points behind. Maja Dziarnowska POL, a front runner in the RS:X windsurfers in recent years, follows in 9th place. PWA queen Sara-Quita Offringa ARU/NED is 35th.
