On Tuesday, the second part of the 'Voiles' started in St.Tropez with the races of the Maxis. A strong mistral has shaped the events so far: On the starting day, a long-distance race could be sailed, with many teams refraining from participating. Yesterday, it blew up to 50 knots, too much for further races. From the mini-maxis (60-80 feet) to the 120-foot super-maxis, there is an impressive fleet at the start, the Entry lists.
