The first round of the World Games in the new Olympic iQ-Foil class came to an end yesterday with the Medal Races held in strong winds and big waves. ----- Pilar La Madrid ESP defended her lead in the women's ranking. Marion Mortefon FRA and Lucie Belboech FRA followed in second and third place. ----- Nicolas Goyard FRA held on to the top spot in the men's ranking.
