Summer conditions and 12-19 knots of wind made for ideal conditions at the end of the qualifications. ----- In the Medal Race of the Mixed 470, there will be a Swiss duel for victory today! Yves Mermod/Maja Siegenthaler SUI maintained their lead. Linda Fahrni/Cyril Schüpbach SUI 7 points behind moved up to second place thanks to two race wins yesterday. ----- In the 49ers, Bart Lambriex/Loris Van de Werken NED are already the premature winners as their lead over Robert Dickson/Sean Waddilove IRL is 32 points ! ----- A Dutch lead also through Odile Van Aanholt/Annette Duetz NED in the 49ersFX. Thanks to two race wins, Isaura Maenhout/Anouk Goerts BEL have moved in 2nd 2 points behind. ----- In the ILCA 6, Vasileia Karachaliou GRE has taken the lead. Only Emma Plaesschart BEL, 7 points behind, can still challenge her for the win. ----- It will be exciting today in the Medal Race of the Nacra 17, as the top 3 are only one point apart: Laila Van der Meer/Bjarne Bouwer NED moved up to the top thanks to 3 race wins, followed by Joao Siemsen/Marina Arndt BRA on equal points. Lukas Haberl/Tanja Frank AUT are lurking one point behind. ----- The Foil classes are sailing further qualifications today for their Medal Races tomorrow.
