Olympic Worldcup 2022 - Allianz-Regatta - Amsterdam NED - Final results

The second World Cup Event 2022 ended yesterday in Almere near Amsterdam with the Medal Races of the kiteboarders and windfoilers. Very light winds prevented the windsurfers' medal races. For the kiters, the 6-8kn were sufficient for foiling. ----- With 9 race wins in 16 races, Anneloes Lammerts NED was the superior winner in the Kite-Foil Women. Gisela Pulido ESP and Maya Ashkenazi ISR took the places of honor. ----- Benoît Gomez FRA won 11 races in the Kite-Men. Lorenzo Biaschetti ITA and Riccardo Pianosi ITA follow in 2nd and 3rd place. ----- Unchanged are the rankings of the iQ-Foil windsurfers. In the Women, Peru earned the first World Cup victory ever! Maria Bazo PER won ahead of Lilian De Geus NED equal on points. Lena Erdil GER took bronze. ----- In the men, the Dutch dominated with a triple win by Huig-Jan Tal NED, Max Castelain NED and Joost Vink NED. ----- All rankings and the final report.
