Moth, Waszp - Foiling Week - Malcesine ITA - Day 2

The Foiling Week regattas start today on Lake Garda. Large and well-attended fleets are at the start: 70 participants from 17 nations are taking part in the Moth, including the Finn Olympic Champion Giles Scott GBR or ex-ILCA 7 World Champion Nicholas Heiner NED. Switzerland is represented by 6 participants. In the fleet of 58 Waszp, Switzerland is the second largest delegation after Italy with 14 participants. The Easy-to-Fly 26 catamarans, the Wing-Foilers and, in an all-Swiss field, the Flying Phantom catamarans with Alex Schneiter/Kristoffer Jonsson SUI, among others, are also taking part in smaller fleets. ----- All entry lists and the event website.
