ILCA 6 - Men & Youth European Championship 2023 - Dziwnow POL - Day 3

After two days of fresh winds, conditions on the Baltic Sea were more moderate for the first time yesterday with 11-15kn, and again, 2 races were sailed. ----- After 6 races the top of the ILCA 6 Youth Men is close together: Hidde Schafforth NED leads with one point ahead of Luka Zabukovec SLO. Another point behind, Mattia Santostefano ITA and Mattia Cesana ITA share rank 3. Boris Hirsch SUI is a good 17th in the fleet of 254 participants. Ennio Turrin SUI is 117th. ----- It is also tight at the top of the ILCA 6 Youth women after 6 races: Maria-Vittoria Arseni ITA leads by one point over Roos Wind NED and Emma Mattivi ITA. Viktoria Jedlinska SUI had to accept an early start yesterday, but is still excellent 11th of the 100 participants. ----- In the ILCA 6 men's fleet, which is small with 15 participants, Alec Cvinar CRO is clearly in the lead with 7 points.
