Olympic Worldcup - Semaine Olympic - Hyères FRA - Day 3

Another day with only light and unconstant winds at the Olympic Classes Worldcup event on Hyères Bay yesterday and only a reduced program was held.
Three French athletes lead now in the RS:X men windsurfers with Pierre Le Coq FRA, Thomas Goyard FRA and Louis Giard FRA. The RS:X women windsurfers completed only one race without changes on the podium. Zofia Noceti-Klepacka POL remains first with a 4 points lead on Peina Chen CHN.
New on top of the 49ers are David Gilmour/Joel Turner AUS, followed by Botin/Lopez ESP and Buksak/Wierzbicki POL on the ranks 2 and 3. Helene Naess/Marie Roenningen NOR extended their lead in the 49ersFX on 9 points. Maloney/Meech NZL and Baad-Nielsen/Thusgaard DEN stay on the 2nd and 3rd places.
The 470s sailed two race per fleet. Camille Lecointre/Aloise Retornaz FRA moved on top in the 470 women with the day ranks 1 and 4. Mas-Depares/Cantero ESP advanced on rank 2 closely followed by Mills/McIntyre GBR. In the 470 men, Dahlberg/Bergström SWE lead 5 points ahead of Snow-Hansen/Wilcox NZL.
Nicholas Heiner NED is now on rank 1 in the Finns one point ahead of Jorge Zarif BRA on the 2nd place. Alican Kaynar TUR ist progressed on the 3rd position. In the Nacras-17 catamarans, Ruggero Tita/Caterina Banti ITA defended rank 1 extending their advantage on Ben Saxton/Nicola Boniface GBR to 9 points. New on rank 3 are Samuel Albrecht/Bruna Martinelli BRA.
