In 15-20 knots there was an eventful day in Hamilton yesterday: Already in the first race Team Japan (Nathan Outteridge AUS) and Team USA (Jimmy Spithill AUS) collided after an emergency tack by the Japanese, both had to stop the day with damage, Team USA even capsized - the video of the collision. Team Australia with Tom Slingsby AUS once again showed their superiority with the day's ranks 1 and 2 in the Fleetraces. Together with Team France (Billy Besson FRA) and Team GBR (Ben Ainslie GBR) the Australians qualified for the final. In an intense and exciting race, Ben Ainslie GBR managed to beat the Australians by just 4 seconds to win the GP of Bermuda. The report and the event website.
