The windsurfers completed their qualifications for the Medal Race today with 3 races each. ----- With a 19-point lead in the men's event, Kiran Badloe NED is the premature Olympic winner. Mattia Camboni ITA, Thomas Goyard FRA and Piotr Myszka POL will decide the other medals among themselves. ----- In the women's race, the three medallists have also been decided. Who will win which medal will be disputed in the Medal Race: Yunxiu Lu CHN goes into the final with a 4-point lead over Emma Wilson GBR, Charline Picon FRA is 6 points behind. ----- Halfway through the qualifying program, Dylan Fletcher/Stuart Bithell GBR and Diego Botin/Iago Lopez ESP are tied at the top of the 49ers. Another point behind are Camille Lecointre/Aloise Retornaz FRA in 3rd. ----- In the Nacra 17, the favorites Ruggero Tita/Caterina Banti ITA lead by 4 points over John Gimson/Anna Burnett GBR. ----- In the Finns, defending champion Giles Scott GBR took the lead with two race wins today. ----- In the ILCA 6, Anne-Marie Rindom DEN is now already 21 points ahead of Tuula Tenkanen FIN. ----- In ILCA 7, Matthew Wearn AUS has taken the lead with two race wins.
