ILCA 7 - Olympic Games 2021 - Day 6 - Race 10 - Gold Medal for Matthew Wearn AUS

With the 10th and last race, the ILCA 7 completed their qualifications. This also marks the end of today's Olympic regatta day. ----- Philipp Buhl GER took the race win and moved up to 5th place, 11 points behind 3rd. With an 8th race finish, Matthew Wearn AUS extended his lead to 22 points and cannot be caught in the Medal Race. The third ILCA 7 Olympic victory in a row for Australia. Behind them, the final race gets exciting: Herrmann Tomasgard NOR (71 points), Tonci Stipanovic CRO (74 points) and Pavlos Kontides CYP (76 points) fight for the other medals. Robert Scheidt BRA is in 6th place, 12 points behind the podium. ----- All rankings.
