ILCA 7 - Olympic Games 2021 - Day 9 - Medal Race - Gold for AUS, Silver and Bronze for CRO and NOR

07:59h CET - The ILCA 7 (Laser Standard) Medal Race was just concluded with Matthew Wearn AUS, premature Olympic Champion, confirming his superiority with a second race rank. Thanks to a 4th place, Tonci Stipanovic CRO moved up to 2nd place winning his second Olympic medal after Rio. Bronze went to Herrmann Tomasgard NOR, while Pavlos Kontides CYP in 4th missed a medal by 3 points. Philipp Buhl GER finished 5th, 5 points behind bronze. Jean-Baptiste Bernaz FRA, winner of the Medal Race, finished the Games in 6th place. ----- All rankings.
