Formula Kite - Youth & Masters European Championship 2023 - Torregrande ITA - Final results

The European Championships of the Kite-Foil Juniors and Masters came to an end in Sardinia with the Medal Races yesterday. ----- The women's competition remained exciting until the end: Julia Damasiewicz POL and Magdalene Wojchiechowska POL moved up to Héloise Pégourie FRA with two race wins each, and the last Medal Race of the Top 4 had to decide. It was only on the final downwind that Héloise Pegourie FRA was able to overtake the two Polish women. ----- In the men's race, Qibin Huang CHN, who dominated the whole week, was overtaken by Riccardo Pianosi ITA. Bronze went to Vojtech Koska CZE, who relegated Gian-Andrea Stragiotti SUI to 4th place. The Swiss won the U16 classification with his excellent performance. In the Masters (over 40), Ejder Gyniol TUR took the title. ----- All rankings and the report.
