iQ-Foil - Youth & Junior World Championship - Cadiz ESP - Day 1

The Junior Olympic Windsurfing World Championships started yesterday in Cadiz in light winds. ----- The U19 women were able to finish two races, Maya Gisler NOR won both. ----- The large U19 men's fleet, split into two groups, finished 3 races each. With three race wins each, Federico Pilloni ITA and Davis Lazais LAT lead the standings. Robin Zeley SUI is the best Swiss of the 136 participants in 31st place. ----- In the men's U17 classification, Hoel Quintric FRA and Kylian Manhaval FRA each won the two races of their group. ----- The only race in the women's U17 classification was won by Caterina Cardell ESP ahead of Medea Falcioni ITA. ----- All rankings and the daily-report.
